• Verification and Integrity: Validating that every user onboarding the platform is part of a known Rotary household, preserving a safe and reliable network.

We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third-party marketing networks or external advertising agencies. Information is strictly shared within the protected app directory with other authenticated Saphal members for business networking and placement matches.

We apply standard electronic, administrative, and physical security measures—including SSL encryption protocols and secure server hosting—to safeguard against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure of your active data profiles.

As an active participant of Saphal, you possess full control over your professional and personal visibility:

• Edit / Update Profile: You can modify or update your corporate listings and internship postings directly through the application settings at any time.

• Account Deletion: You may request the permanent removal of your account data. Upon verification, your professional records, business details, and applicant data will be expunged from our live production databases.
